  1. We don’t compete for attention. The corporations, law firms, and high-profile clients who come to us already know they’re in deep or are about to be.

  2. We don’t take every case. If we can’t move the needle, we will tell you before you retain.

  3. Confidentiality isn’t negotiable. Every engagement is structured to protect sensitive information from exposure in litigation. Our systems are designed to ensure that communications remain confidential, privileged, and outside the reach of adversaries.

  4. Our client’s side is the right side. Our only job is to fix the problem, not moralize or judge. Our clients have included plaintiffs and defendants, victims and accused, the powerful and the powerless, criminals and saints.

  5. Once we’re in, we own the problem until it’s fixed PERIOD.
