Merrell Strategy is a boutique, strategic communications and litigation consultancy firm located in NYC, but operating globally, concentrating on high-profile civilians and personalities dealing with personal and professional crises.

We represent survivors, victims, and the families of victims of high-profile crimes (including mass-casualty incidents, and highly publicized murders and acts of violence), victims of popular culture scandals, and those attacked by conspiracy theorists or other online criminals who use the internet to terrorize.

Additionally we assist celebrities, personalities, politicians, and entertainment and business brands refocus their branding, re-engage with consumers, expand into new market places, and deal with any existing or potential crisis situations, including “canceling.” We are, at our core, a firm of “fixers,” dedicated to helping our clients, achieve their best lives.

For the past thirteen years, we have provided strategic and transitional communications services designed to protect, engage, and ultimately empower victims. Originally called Orndee PR, we rebranded to Merrell Strategy in 2023.
