Account Manager
We are searching for a mid-level public relations account manager with a strong background in client acquisitions and management to assist in the growth of our celebrity, politician, and high-profile civilian sectors.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the acquisition of pr/crisis management clients
Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines and effectively communicate with clients and their teams (lawyers, publicists, other representatives)
Work closely with strategy, creative, and legal teams to strategize, create, and implement campaign solutions and measure results
Work closely with media and promotional professionals
Foster and maintain proactive and professional working relationships with clients
Drive project delivery, on-time, on-budget, in-scope, with high-quality, reliability, and stability
Identify campaign risks and develop contingency plans
Act as mentor and manager for junior team members
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in a public relations or crisis management agency, advertising agency, or as part of an in-house PR team
Must sign and adhere to a strict NDA (non-disclosure agreement) regarding all clients and client interactions

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex and fast-moving projects
Ability to develop drafts, pitch, and manage presentations with minimal edits
Must operate with a high degree of independence, but able to seek out advice when appropriate

PR Assistant - Research Assistant
We are currently searching for a PR (public relations)/media research assistant to support our PR/Crisis Management teams.
This is an entry level position, but a key role in the functioning of the office and in the development and implementation of client strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a pr/communications graduate, with terrific writing and research skills, well organized, and meticulous. Must be able to work in a high stress environment, often with people who are in a personal/professional crisis, so you must be able to move quickly, but accurately with the utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities:

Organizing interviews/3rd party research
Assisting in media tracking and media relations
Participating in strategy sessions

Content Creation Specialist
We are searching for a Content Creation Specialist to assist in the conceptualizing, design, production, implementation, and distribution of a wide variety of compelling content designed to assist our clients and our teams tell their stories, engage with consumers, and promote their messages.
Responsibilities:
Produce episodic video/vlogs for social platforms
Produce episodic podcasts for social platforms
Design promotional graphics and social media content
Photograph and style on-camera talent and clients
Assist in conceptualizing content and merchandise for clients, particularly in the non-profit sector
Work with writers and paralegals to create content copy for the media and litigation
Requirements:
At least 1-3 years of related experience
Must sign and adhere to a strict NDA (non-disclosure agreement) regarding all clients and client interactions

Proven ability to create compelling content for social media including; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Basic knowledge of TikTok editing suite and ability to quickly turn around quality videos in the app
Ability to shoot photo/video
Fluent knowledge of adobe creative suite (photoshop and premiere or similar programs)
Proficiency with Squarespace and WordPress preferred
Extremely organized and meticulous
